
NASCAR: Mohr to host Sprint Cup awards for sixth time
Grammy-nominated actor, comedian and radio personality Jay Mohr has been named host of the 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards at Wynn Las Vegas on Friday, Dec. 2.
Mohr, who hosts "Jay Mohr Sports" daily on FOX Sports Radio, is hosting the event for a record sixth time. Best-known for his tenure as a "Saturday Night Live" cast member, his résumé includes TV appearances on CBS' "Ghost Whisperer" and "Gary Unmarried," film roles in "Jerry Maguire" and "Picture Perfect" and a Primetime Emmy Award nomination as the host and executive producer of "Last Comic Standing."

NBCSN, Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, Channel 90, will present coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
