MOTOGP: Baz set to return from Silverstone injuries

Avintia Ducati MotoGP rider Loris Baz is aiming to return from the injuries he sustained in the British Grand Prix at Aragon this weekend.
Baz was involved in a heavy, first-lap accident with Tech3 Yamaha rider Pol Espargaro at Silverstone earlier this month. Having already missed two races earlier this year with right-foot injuries, the French rider suffered fractures in the lower part of the tibia and astragalus in the ankle of his right leg. He sat out the Misano race, where he was replaced by World Superbike Championship racer Xavi Fores, but will start practice at Aragon and then assess his condition.
"I'm not at my maximum, and the foot is still painful," he said. "But I think that I will be able to ride my bike and the doctors and my physiotherapist have the same opinion.
"I'll get the final check with the doctors at the track on Thursday and I'll take to the track on Friday and I'll see how I feel on the bike.
"Since I crashed, I've been working constantly with my physio, with a lot of work in the swimming pool to regain motion in my foot. I've improved steadily, but we have to see how I feel riding the bike."
Marc VDS Honda rider Jack Miller has already been ruled out due to injury, and will be replaced by 2006 MotoGP champion Nicky Hayden.
