MOTOGP: Miller ruled out of Misano race

Marc VDS Honda rider Jack Miller will miss another MotoGP race due to injury, after being ruled out of the San Marino Grand Prix.
Miller withdrew on Sunday morning due to pain in his right hand and the demands of riding around Misano. He crashed in the warm-up for last month's Austrian GP and sustained a hairline fracture in his right wrist, with a hand fracture later identified.
The Dutch TT winner missed that race and the following Czech GP at Brno, but had recovered sufficiently from his arm and T6 vertebra fractures to race at Silverstone last weekend, despite struggling under braking.
He also did not contest the COTA race early in the season, after a practice crash reinjured the right leg he broke in a pre-season training crash.
Miller had qualified 17th at Misano, while Ducati rider Andrea Iannone will also miss the race.
