NASCAR: Rain postpones Pocono race to Monday
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Pocono has been postponed by rain and foggy conditions.
The race will begin Monday at noon ET. Brad Keselowski and Team Penske teammate Joey Logano sit on the front row for the Axalta "We Paint Winners" 400.
NASCAR officials hoped to dry the track, but persistent mist, rain and fog led them to move the race to Monday.
"Credit to NASCAR for trying," polesitter Keselowski said on Twitter. "Sometimes holes pop up in the weather like they did last week."
When he was asked how he'll spend his unexpected free time, Dale Earnhardt Jr told his fans on Twitter: "I'm gonna get some buffalo chicken wings and binge on @WalkingDead_AMC till bedtime."
