"It's difficult when you take this big knowledge, what you have from a consistent driver lineup, and you erase everything and start with three new guys. I mean, luckily for us we have all worked together. We came as a package deal. I think we all worked behind the scenes with each other to make sure that we could actually make the deal happen."
