FE: Aguri confirms Duran return
Team Aguri has confirmed Salvador Duran as its second driver for the remainder of the Formula E season. The Trulli refugee replaces Nathanael Berthon, whose split from the team was revealed on Monday.
Duran competed in all bar the opening round of the inaugural season with Aguri, scoring 13 points. He began the second season with Trulli but did not turn a lap in testing and had already lost his drive due to a "breach of contract" prior to the team's official withdrawal from the series before the race in Punta.
The Mexican's return with Aguri was expected ahead of the championship's first visit to his home country in March.
"I'm particularly looking forward to my home race in Mexico in March," Duran said. "The atmosphere will be amazing and I can't wait to put on a good show for all my compatriots."
