An open letter from the Wilson family

Julia Wilson has posted the open letter shown below to well-wishers and the IndyCar community, which rallied around her family following the tragic death of her husband, Verizon IndyCar Series driver Justin Wilson, on Aug. 24.

More than $600,000 were raised for the Wilson Children’s Fund to assist Justin’s widow, Julia, and their daughters Jane and Jessica. In addition, countless letters, posts and tweets to the family have helped comfort them.
