Graham Rahal and Courtney Force married Saturday in an ocean-side ceremony

Verizon IndyCar Series driver Graham Rahal and NHRA Funny Car driver Courtney Force exchanged vows Saturday on the edge of a cliff at the Dos Pueblos Ranch in Santa Barbara County, Calif.

Courtney arrived for their wedding in a 1929 Bentley, owned and driven by longtime Rahal family friend Bruce Meyer, a vintage and historic car collector and Petersen Automotive Museum board member. Courtney wore a dramatic Galia Lahav Haute Couture dress.

There were 10 bridesmaids, including two of Graham's sisters, Michaela Hatcher and Samantha Rahal, all wearing royal blue dresses. Courtney's sisters, Brittany Force and Ashley Force Hood, were her co-maids of honor and Graham's brother, Jarrad Rahal, was the best man. Graham's two youngest sisters – Isabella and Ava Rahal – served as flower girls.

Following the ceremony, there was an oceanside cocktail party. Later, the guests went to a rustic and elegantly appointed barn for dinner and dancing. Dinner included filet mignon and lobster, chicken or a vegetarian dish. There was a whiskey bar, a handmade cigar bar and a gourmet popcorn buffet. Guests took turns in a photo booth, too.

The marriage, of course, partners two of the most famous names in American motorsports. Graham's father, Bobby Rahal, is a three-time Indy car season champion, winner of the 1986 Indianapolis 500 Mile Race and co-owner of the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team for which Graham drives. Courtney's father, John Force, is a 16-time NHRA world champion and operates John Force Racing, with Courtney among his drivers.

The newlyweds leave Nov. 28 for a honeymoon in Fiji.
