Hamilton, Montoya lead ESPY Awards racing nominees
Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Indianapolis 500 winner Juan Pablo Montoya are among the nominees announced Wednesday for the 2015 ESPY Awards – ESPN's annual awards for outstanding sports performers selected by popular vote from ESPN's nominations. Voting has begun and will run through to Wednesday, July 15.

.Hamilton was nominated in the Best International Athlete category as well as in the Best Driver category – the only racer nominated in a general category. In addition to Hamilton and Montoya, Best Driver nominees include:
Erica Enders-Stevens, NHRA
- Won the 2014 NHRA Pro Stock Championship
- Named “Racer of the Year” by Magazine
Kevin Harvick, NASCAR
- 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion
- 2014 Driver of the Year award winner
Will Power, IndyCar
- 2014 IndyCar Series Champion
