GP2: Nato penalized for causing crash
Norman Nato has been hit with a three-place grid penalty for tomorrow's GP2 sprint race in Bahrain.
The Arden driver was running fourth and battling with Raffaele Marciello when he caused a collision at Turn 8. Nato turned in on Trident driver Marciello, who was attacking up the inside, making contact with the Italian.

Race report: Late pass gives Vandoorne victory
At the same time, Nato tapped the rear of third-placed Campos Racing driver Arthur Pic, spinning the Frenchman, who collected Red Bull-backed Pierre Gasly's DAMS machine. The stewards deemed that Marciello had legitimately got alongside Nato, so the Frenchman should not have turned in on him.
Because all four drivers were eliminated in the accident, which brought out the safety car, Nato could not serve an in-race penalty, which is why it is carried over to Sunday's race.
