
WEC: Entry list for 2015 24 Hours of Le Mans revealed

56 cars will take the start of the 2015 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 35 cars entered in the full World Endurance Championship will be supported by 21 additional entries for the world's most famous race, held June 13-14. Le Mans legend Tom Kristensen, who announced his retirement after the 2014 season, has been named grand marshal of the event.
Seven reserves have been nominated from a single list compared to the past practice of naming separate prototype and GT alternates.
The ACO announced it will continue pit lane construction to expand to 60 garages, allowing the field to grow for future events.
LMP1 will have 14 entries.
LMP2 will have 20 entries.
GTE-Pro will have 9 entries.
GTE-Am will have 13 entries.
