F3: Ocon, Verstappen get Macau penalties

Max Verstappen and Esteban Ocon have both been handed two-place grid penalties for the Macau Formula 3 Grand Prix.

The pair are among the pre-race favorites for victory in the category's blue ribband event after their success in the F3 European Championship this year. However, both were judged to have passed a red light and missed weight checks during Thursday morning's opening free practice session. They will be moved back two places on the grid for Saturday's qualifying race.

TOM'S driver Sam MacLeod has also been handed a one place grid penalty for crossing the pit exit line.
