V8 Supercars: On-board video of Pye's heavy Bathurst crash

Scott Pye says his Falcon slamming into the wall at Conrod Straight during the Bathurst 1000 (see video, BELOW) was as big as any hit he has ever had. And he's had a few, including a huge smash in his debut year in Tasmania, and two rounds ago at Eastern Creek. 

Pye's car suffered a delaminated tire, which fired him into the fence at the fastest part of the Mount Panorama circuit. He had already hit the tires at Turn 2 earlier in the race and was back on track after the team patched up the Ford.
