Trucks: Rain postpones Bristol to Thursday
The Wednesday night race for the Camping World Truck Series at Bristol will get a Thursday mid-day start this year, as the UNOH 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway was rained and rescheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m. ET. The race will still be televised on FOX Sports 1.
The race had been delayed by rain and officials made the decision to call the race just after 9:55 p.m. ET.
The green flag for the 200-lap race was scheduled to drop at 8:46 p.m. ET but pre-race activities were put on hold as the rain in the area picked up.
Kyle Busch (pictured), the defending race winner, won the Keystone Light Pole Award for the race. Entering the race, he has four wins at Bristol in the eight career Truck Series starts at the track.
