Fog delays MotoGP practice

MotoGP practice at Motegi has been delayed indefinitely due to fog.

A thick mist settled over the Japanese Grand Prix venue on Friday morning, preventing the medical helicopter from flying.

With no sign of the fog shifting, organisers had no choice but to delay the opening Friday sessions.

So far there is no hint of a revised schedule as the weather is yet to ease.
