Cudlin to contest more MotoGP with PBM

By

Damian Cudlin will remain with the Paul Bird Motorsport team for the next three MotoGP races.

The Australian was signed up to race PBM’s own CRT chassis after Yonny Hernandez left the team to ride Ben Spies’ vacant Pramac Ducati. Cudlin was initially only confirmed for the recent Aragon round and his home race at Phillip Island later this month. But he has now been released from his German Superbike commitments so can also add the Sepang and Motegi races either side of Phillip Island.

Cudlin retired from his PBM debut at Aragon with gearbox problems. Michael Laverty moved over to PBM’s Aprilia chassis during the reshuffle after Hernandez’s exit and remain on that bike for the rest of 2013.
