The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association announced that Monterey Motorsport Park, a state-of-the-art condo-garage community has become its latest premium brand sponsor. SVRA’s national platform through its schedule of racing weekends at all the top facilities across America, and its extensive network of thousands of car owners and drivers allows Monterey Motorsport Park to exponentially expand their reach in presenting their value proposition.

Monterey Motorsport Park is located along Highway 68, adjacent to the Monterey Regional Airport. This is convenient for auto enthusiasts and collectors who often visit WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, which is just minutes away, or take in Monterey Car Week or the many showcase events and auctions held locally.

Units at Monterey Motorsport Park are designed to scale from one vehicle to a large collection of cars or motorcycles, and more if stacking systems are used. Any type of business or personal items can be included. Also, some garage-condos are suitable for boats and RVs.
The announcement is the latest addition to a growing list of SVRA sponsors that include Jaguar, Land Rover, Merrill Lynch, NetJets, Sunoco, and Mazda. SVRA’s nationwide platform is at the heart of the organization’s growth strategy. It is combined with the significant participation of legendary professional drivers and leveraging the high net worth demographic in the paddock for sponsorship attraction. This provides three pillars for business expansion. Company officials report consistent annual triple-digit growth since 2012.
