Keselowski tops final Friday practice at Richmond

Brad Keselowski is looking for his fourth consecutive win Saturday night at Richmond Raceway, and he’s showing speed early in the weekend.

Keselowski paced final Cup Series practice on Friday afternoon with a lap of 120.224 mph. Keselowski finished eight at Richmond in the spring race and has a 2014 victory at the track.

Completing the top five were Martin Truex Jr. (120.133 mph), Austin Dillon (119.458 mph), Ty Dillon (119.390 mph), and Ryan Newman (119.305 mph).

Ryan Blaney was sixth-fastest with a lap of 119.168 mph. Alex Bowman followed him at 118.979 mph.

The rest of the top 10 were Daniel Suarez (118.969 mph), Kyle Larson (118.948 mph), and Clint Bowyer (118.901 mph).

There were no incidents in the session, which lasted 50 minutes.
