Kyle Busch won the pole for this race last year. With Chicagoland Speedway hosting a two-day weekend for Cup Series teams, Busch will transition from practice to trying to earn the pole again later this evening.
There were no major incidents in final practice. However, Kyle Larson, who was 16th fastest, did make contact with the Turn 3 wall late in the going.
