The variety of websites owned and operated by NASCAR’s sports car division will have a new, central home on the web starting Friday morning. The current AmericanLeMans.com and Grand-Am.com sites, along with other racing series that have been brought in under the IMSA banner, will be replaced with IMSA.com, according to IMSA communications director Dave Hart.
?We’re very excited about the launch of IMSA.com ” it’s the continuation of #TheFuture hash tag we’ve been working toward for over a year,? he told RACER. ?It will be the home for all of IMSA’s sites; the TUDOR Championship, the Continental Tire Series and all of the development series. We’ve put a lot of work into it from all departments and it will be the new face for all we’re doing.?
Hart says IMSA.com will offer the same features found on its previous sports car series sites, and information on the ALMS and Grand-Am sites will be preserved until their legacy content can be incorporated into the new site.
